Come out and learn the healthiest ways to strengthen the abdominals and how our abdominals help us with forearm balances. In a supportive and “no rush” environment we will try a range of forearm balances and finish with some fantastic abdominals-centred twist that will leave our abs soft, stretched and breathing deeply. We’ll look at some fun upper body stretches and not forget the jaw and forearms! A fun, balanced and playful workshop. Perfect for a cold winter’s afternoon!

2 – 4 hours = $30/hour + GST
5 – 10 hours = $25/hour + GST
11+ hours = $21/hour + GST

Andrea Peloso discovered yoga as a young teen and has been teaching yoga for fifteen years. Her teaching has brought her across Canada, as well as the United States and Japan.
Andrea has over 1700 hours of training and over 700 hours of study with Judith Lasater, of whom she is an assistant. She has also studied with Ramanad Patel and has hundreds of hours of study with several other senior and accomplished teachers, as well as the experience of teaching and assisting full-time for sixteen years.
Andrea has a degree with honours in Philosophy and Women’s Studies, and has studied Eastern and Indian philosophy. Andrea has an energetic, gentle and caring teaching style and seeks to make her classes highly educational, straightforward, safe, fun, and inclusive.
