Tuesdays, 7:15 – 8:30 PM

September 20th – October 25th

In this Introduction to Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, you’ll experience the following:

  • a different but classic Kundalini Yoga ‘kriya’ (series) each week
  • six different classic and easy-to-learn Kundalini meditations (mostly mantra-based)
  • basic yet powerfully effective breathing techniques
  • guided relaxation
  • healing sound vibration through live gong played during final relaxation

You’ll also receive a take-home practice booklet for reference!

No previous experience is required and all bodies are welcome. All equipment is provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own mat if you own one. Please bring a water bottle.

You’re invited to stay for tea after class!
