Looking to learn the basics of practicing Mindful Meditation? Join Maureen for this ongoing weekly class to develop the ability to pay attention with intention and without judgment. Suitable for anyone, as you’re more than welcome to sit in a chair. Participants will be introduced to various approaches to mindfulness – through breath awareness, through visualization, through guided cueing.
No previous experience is required!
