Feeling like a bit of R & R before heading home from your work week? This 60-minute session will be just the ticket to send you home relaxed and rejuvenated for the weekend ahead. Join Maureen to practice 3 – 5 supported postures (or pick your fave and stay in it!) for extended periods of time, up to 20 minutes. Give your body, mind, and spirit a chance to rest and release deeply-seated stress.

Please note: Dawna Marriott will be teaching on December 8th and 15th.
You do not have to wear any special clothes – even sporting your work wardrobe will work (provided it’s not a dress or skirt). All equipment is provided.
