Are you looking to get a couple of hours of "me time"? The monthly two-hour Restorative Yoga & Healing Gong Bliss session could be just what the doctor ordered! The daylight has now returned in full force and undoubtedly, it takes our systems awhile to adjust. This session may prove particularly helpful with the process of transition and adjustment.

Immerse yourself for two hours of healing through restorative yoga and sound vibration; this is the ONLY two-hour monthly offering, so you don’t want to miss out.
Restorative Yoga makes use of props like bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets to support the body so that you have no work to do except to relax! Postures are held for a lengthier period of time (some up to twenty minutes) as you are encouraged to soften into the support and into the stillness. The nervous system is given a chance to cue the Relaxation Response to release deeply held stress.
The gong is an ancient instrument that has been used in many rituals and ceremonies but also for healing. In the last twenty minutes of class, you’ll find a comfortable posture to allow the waves of sound vibration to wash over you. Sound heals. Your trillions of cells will begin to vibrate at a higher frequency, so it’s helpful to set a healing intention for the practice.
This is a popular offering that tends to fill up. If you’re interested in participating, don’t delay! No previous experience is required. Please wear layers to class and bring a blanket.
