This is your mid-week stress-buster of a class that will have you floating into the rest of your week feeling like a weight has been lifted from your shoulders.
With this ongoing class, join Maureen to practice a classical Kundalini Yoga kriya (set of exercises) geared to relieving stress. Top off this 75-minute session with 8 - 10 minutes of gong and a 3 - 11 minute meditation.
In the months of January, February, and March, we'll be focus on the concepts of prosperity, abundance, and of fostering an "attitude of gratitude", which Yogi Bhajan said was the 'highest form of yoga'.
No previous experience is required. Please wear comfortable clothing. All equipment is provided, though you're welcome to bring your own mat.
