Kundalini Yoga for Stress Relief

Looking for a mid-week stress-busting practice? Look no further than this 60-minute Kundalini Yoga practice to get you over the hump and into the rest of your week feeling refreshed.

Kundalini Yoga is a powerfully accessible practice that is an uplifting blend of physical and meditative yoga components: dynamic movement and stretching (kriya), repetition of sound (mantra), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation and relaxation. Plus, there's great music!

This class is timed so that if you'd like to stay for the 30-minute "Chanting from the Heart" meditation session, you'll add a greater dimension of relaxation to your week.

No previous experience is required; this is an all-levels class. Please wear comfortable clothing. All equipment is provided.
