In this special 90-minute holiday practice of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan, join Maureen to experience the power of this practice: move dynamically through exercises designed to stimulate and balance the nervous and endocrine systems; use the power of your voice to heal through meditation; and relax to the healing vibrations of the gong.

For today’s practice, the gong will be played in the final 20 minutes of the class.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience! This yoga is for all bodies!
