This is your mid-week stress-buster of a class that will have you floating into the rest of your week feeling like a weight has been lifted from your shoulders.

With this ongoing class, join Maureen to practice a classical Kundalini Yoga kriya (set of exercises) geared to relieving stress. Top off this 75-minute session with 8 – 10 minutes of gong and a 3 – 11 minute meditation.

No previous experience is required. Please wear comfortable clothing. All equipment is provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own mat.
