Join Maureen for this blissful one-hour antidote. Using the healing modality of restorative yoga, let your body and mind have a one-hour vacation to rest, to relax, to reset and reboot for the weekend. You’ll practice three-to-four gentle and supported postures using props such as bolsters (firm yoga cushions), blocks, blankets and straps so that your muscles and bones don’t have to do any work. You’ll be guided through a progressive relaxation process at the beginning and and the end of this one-hour session.
