Looking for a mid-week stress-busting practice? Look no further than this 75-minute Kundalini Yoga & Meditation practice to get you over the hump and into the rest of your week feeling refreshed.
Kundalini Yoga is a powerfully accessible practice that is an uplifting blend of physical and meditative yoga components: dynamic movement and stretching (kriya), repetition of sound (mantra), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation and relaxation. Plus, there's great music!
We wrap up each practice with a gong bath. It's healing, relaxing and bliss-inducing!
Please note that in the months of January, February, and March, we focus on the themes of Prosperity, Abundance, and Gratitude.
No previous experience is required; this is an all-levels class. Please wear comfortable clothing. All equipment is provided.
