Mindful Movement & Meditation


Become more aware of your body, state of mind and possibly emotions in this forty-minute movement and meditation class. Participants will be guided to observe sensations in the whole body while suspending judgment, through movement linked to breath as well as a seated meditation each session. Well-suited to all, with chairs available for seated meditation.
