With the longer spring days and milder climes, it’s fully understandable that folks are looking to spend a greater deal of time outdoors – myself included! That is why this week is the final week of Radiance M-bodied Yoga’s regularly scheduled classes.
For most of us, it’s considerably easier to tap into our “Inner Morning Person” when it is already light at 4 A.M.; which by the way, is considered to be the absolutely ideal time to practice Kundalini Yoga & Meditation? Why on earth is that? Well, it has to do with the Earth’s angle to the Sun, as well as the fact that during this time (between 4:00 – 7:00 A.M.) our subconscious mind is most receptive to suggestion. So why not make the suggestions positive and begin a morning practice of yoga and meditation?
No, it doesn’t have to be at 4:00 A.M. My Kundalini Kickstart class begins June 4th and runs until August 8th. On Tuesday and Thursday mornings, this class will take place at Collective Soul Space. On Wednesday mornings, this class will be from 6:15 – 7:00 A.M. at the Fit 2 the T studio at the Centre Ice Plaza (use the Stanton entrance, not Lulu’s entrance). Cost is $15 to drop-in, but why not commit to a regular practice and purchase a punch pass? 6-class punch passes are $85, and 10-class punch passes are $125.
